Shipping policy

We offer free shipping, no minimum purchase. Please contact sales@thestreetstylefactory.com for any questions or concerns about international shipping. Each order undergoes a processing shipping time within 3 business days. Following shipment, the transit duration may vary between 6-15 business days.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.  We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect billing/shipping information provided by customer upon checkout. We are not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
