“How long until my order will get shipped out?”

Each order undergoes a processing shipping time within a maximum of 3 business days. Following shipment, the transit duration may vary between 6 to 15 business days.

“Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?”

As long as the order has not shipped we can go ahead and modify / cancel the order. Please email sales@thestreetstylefactory.com in regards to modifying or cancellation.

“How can I initiate a return or exchange?”

You can ONLY request a return or exchange once taking delivery of your order. In the case of transit damage, proof of the damaged product is necessary. Returns are only accepted if the product is unworn / brand new condition. Depending on the case exceptions can be considered. PLEASE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY SHIP PRODUCT BACK before we provide further instructions via email. Please read our Refund & Return Policy for more information.

“Is it possible to track my order?”

Once an order has been processed and shipped out a confirmation email with a tracking number will only be sent if tracking is available. If no tracking number is available, this indicates that your order was shipped directly from our supplier because there was no stock available in our local warehouses. Despite this, the shipping times will remain unchanged, and your order is expected to arrive on schedule.
